Some notes PDFs, ebooks, previous year paper solutions and quizzes are paid. For these orders we collect your name, email and phone number. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, netbanking or wallet details are entered on Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. Razorpay handles this data under its own privacy policy. We use trusted third-party services such as Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), Google Fonts, YouTube (embedded videos) and WhatsApp (support). These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
We use reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
We keep your information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, to meet legal and accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. Order records may be kept for a longer period as required by law.
